Bathroom Renovations

 We start with a free onsite inspection where we assess your existing bathroom, take measurements, and discuss your vision, budget, and layout possibilities.

You’ll receive:

• Honest budget guidance
• Recommendations on fixtures and finishes

If you’re happy with the initial estimate, we move into our Preliminary Stage, which includes a $499 prelim fee.

*This fee is fully deducted from your final contract price if you proceed with ADG Construction.

During the Preliminary Stage you will receive:

• Detailed guidance on selections and design direction
• A visual layout / design concept of your bathroom
• Access to our showroom and selection support
• Assistance with choosing tiles, fixtures, tapware and colour palettes
• A take-home design pack (even if you decide to use another builder)
• A follow-up meeting with our team to finalise all details and inclusions
• A full explanation of what to expect during construction and how the renovation will be managed

This stage ensures the bathroom is properly planned, selected, and finalised before construction begins.

Once the prelim stage and final selections are completed, we lock in your renovation and schedule a start date.

Bathroom renovations typically take 4–6 weeks, depending on:

• The size and complexity of the bathroom
• Structural changes (if required)
• Custom finishes and feature items
• How many bathrooms are being renovated at once

Throughout the build, you will receive clear communication, trade scheduling updates, and ongoing project coordination from your site supervisor.

At the completion of your renovation, we organise a final walkthrough and handover with you.

This includes:

• A full inspection of all finishes and fixtures
• Identification of any minor defects or omissions
• Final touch-ups and completion of outstanding items
• Confirmation that everything is functioning correctly

Once complete, your bathroom is professionally handed over ready to enjoy.
